Terms of service

1. The service

Contract Review Estonia (the “Service”) is an AI-based contract analysis service for contracts governed by Estonian law, operated by Synclex OÜ (registry code 17476899). The Service is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

2. Artificial intelligence, not legal advice

The analysis is generated automatically by an AI model. It is information only and does not replace a qualified Estonian lawyer’s view of your situation. An automated review can miss things.

3. Prices and payment

The first summary is free. The full report costs €4.99 per contract and the remediation pack €19. Prices include 24% Estonian VAT; nothing is added at checkout. Payment is a one-off purchase through Stripe; there is no subscription or account. The report opens as soon as the payment is confirmed and stays available from its link for 90 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The report and the remediation pack are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before you pay we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, so once the content has been delivered the right no longer applies (Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)). If the content has not yet been delivered, you can withdraw using the withdrawal form.

5. Technical problems

If a technical fault stops you from opening the report, email contact@lexforge.ee with the report link or the payment date and amount. We will run the analysis again or, if that is not possible, refund the payment. This does not limit your statutory rights.

6. Data retention

Contract files are processed in memory and are not stored. A free result is deleted after 24 hours and a paid report after 90 days. See the privacy policy.

7. Liability

The Service is a tool for spotting risks. To the extent the law allows, Synclex OÜ is not liable for loss caused by a decision based only on the AI analysis. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or a consumer’s statutory rights.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Please contact us first with any complaint. A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to a court.
