1. Service description

EstonianContract.review ("the Service") is operated by Leadvise Legal B.V. The Service provides AI-assisted analysis of contracts potentially governed by Estonian law. The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. No legal advice

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. You must consult a qualified Estonian lawyer before making legal decisions based on any report.

3. Payments

Full reports are sold as one-time purchases via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical failures.

4. Data retention

Contract files are processed in memory and not stored. Analysis sessions expire after 1 hour (free) or 24 hours (paid). See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadvise Legal B.V. is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn.
