Is this actual legal advice?

No. EstonianContract.review is an AI-assisted analysis tool, not a law firm. It highlights potential issues and references Estonian statutes, but it cannot replace advice from a qualified Estonian lawyer for your specific situation.

Which contracts can I upload?

Any contract governed by Estonian law — service agreements, employment contracts, lease agreements, NDAs, shareholder agreements, and more. The AI is tuned for VÕS, TLS, and AÕS.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Claude analyses your contract against Estonian civil and employment law frameworks. Accuracy is high for common clause types, but complex or highly bespoke arrangements may need human review.

Is my contract data private?

Yes. Your file is processed in memory only — we do not persist contract content. Analysis results are stored temporarily (1 hour free, 24 hours after payment) then deleted automatically.

What Estonian laws does it check against?

Primarily Võlaõigusseadus (VÕS), Töölepinguseadus (TLS), and Asjaõigusseadus (AÕS), plus related consumer protection and standard terms provisions where applicable.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

If the full report fails to deliver due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours at hello@estoniancontract.review and we will review your case.

Do I need an account?

No account required. Upload, analyse, and pay — all in one session linked by a secure token.

What file formats are supported?

PDF, DOCX, and plain text (.txt), up to 5MB per file.

How long does analysis take?

Most contracts are analysed in 15–30 seconds.

What if my contract is in Estonian, not English?

Both Estonian and English contracts are supported. Law references are provided in standard Estonian statute notation (e.g. VÕS § 42).
