No. Contract Review Estonia is an AI-powered analysis tool, not a law firm. It points out possible risks and refers to Estonian law, but it does not replace a qualified Estonian lawyer’s view of your situation.
Service agreements, employment contracts, rental and lease agreements, NDAs, shareholders’ agreements and other contracts governed by Estonian law. PDF, DOCX or TXT files up to 4 MB, or paste the text. The contract can be in English, Estonian or Russian.
Yes. On this site the summary, explanations and recommendations are always in English. Quoted clauses stay in the contract’s own language, so you can find them in the document.
It picks up common risk patterns and points to the relevant statutes. For standard clauses it is a good first check; complex or high-value contracts need an Estonian lawyer. The output is information, not legal advice.
The uploaded file is processed only to extract its text and is not stored. We keep only the analysis result (including short clause quotes in the report), and it is deleted automatically: a free summary after 24 hours and a paid report after 90 days. See the privacy policy for details.
Mainly the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), the Employment Contracts Act (TLS) and the Law of Property Act (AÕS), plus the Commercial Code (ÄS) for shareholders’ agreements. Consumer-contract and standard-terms rules are applied where relevant.

Most contracts are analysed within a minute or two of uploading. The full report opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The report opens straight after payment, and before paying you agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered. So there is no refund once the report has opened. Check the free summary first: it shows how many risk points we found and the most serious one. If a technical problem stops you from opening the report, email contact@lexforge.ee with the report link or the payment date and amount, and we will run the analysis again or refund you.
